   Working on pieces for shows and galleries plus replacing what people are buying this past week. The good thing about our wet weather is I am also rusting metal in the driveway and our environment is lending a hand with all the rain we have been having.  The good news is my grass is growing fast but because of afore mentioned rain I simply cannot cut it as the ground is still too wet and the lawnmower would sink.
   Replacing the usual rusty quail this week, plus chickens and small mermaid stakes. The really fun project was the birdcage come alive. My birdcages are funny anyway but I really wanted to give it even more a sense of life and humour and I believe have succeeded, it is not quite done and needs some details but will include photos so far. It has been a busy two weeks with an away show in Vancouver with the Master gardeners and then up to Parksville for the Brant Goose Festival. Am looking forward to working in the shop next week with no interruptions or packing up.
