Island Artisans Association's "Gifts for Myself and Other's" show is this upcoming weekend Nov 15-17. THE top artists and Craftsman from Vancouver Island and outlying islands are found at our 25th juried event. A wide variety of mediums from fabric to metal, wood to silver, glass to paper, copper to wool, ceramics to felt. Wonderful gifts and one of a kind pieces of functional and decorative art to choose from. A fantastic and high quality show where you can meet the artists who have hand created wares that they normally sell through galleries and studios, all combined together in one nice sized show with easy free parking. The venue is directly over the Bay Street Bridge behind Save On Foods and across from Rona on Bay street. Hourly give-aways and a Grand Prize of a $250 shopping spree, along with live music and the International Women's Catering serving food, make for a very relaxing and satisfying event.
