The old studio was too small so I finally admitted this and moved rooms to the bigger and brighter space. That required work, painting out existing built ins, and buying and organizing more display furniture. Which was why it never happened before now. A far better feel for space with movable options to show and store both large and small work. Of course it is already too small but one works with what one has, and I really want a new floor in there too! Hooks, clocks, ornaments, quail packs, fish, wall art, sculptures, mermaids and garden stakes in every configuration are to be found in this space. Including pieces that people only see when they come to the shop and studio as some of the art is so new, or too big, fragile, or heavy to take out to shows. You never know what you will see so come over and be surprised, and if it is sunny a garden tour is also on the agenda. Did I also mention this was a research month and I have been lucky enough to get out on the water fishing a few times, check out the over 20lb ling cod and a nice chrome hatchery Coho! Enjoy!

I will be working on mermaids and birdhouses in September to have some fun. No shows for a while so play brings new ideas.
